I've a couple of cards to share with you today, the first was made as a kind of get well card, I had intended to send it to a pal but .... one of my friends bought it first.

I've a couple of cards to share with you today, the first was made as a kind of get well card, I had intended to send it to a pal but .... one of my friends bought it first.

The front, back and inside of my card along with the front and back of my envelope
Materials used:
- White C6/A2, 250gsm, card and matching sized envelope
- Two pieces of white card cut to fit and a scallop edged piece of kraft card, to mat
- House Mouse image (a recent bargain at around 1.75) stamped using Memento tuxedo black ink
- Derwent coloursoft pencils to colour
- Hero Arts sentiment stamped using Memento tuxedo black ink
- Quickie glue pen used on the "sand" and then gold glamour dust liberally sprinkled, allowed to dry and the excess shaken off and returned to the pot - for next time!

And now for an anniversary card, a friend has asked me to make a few anniversary cards for her, I like to give her choices so although she only asked for three I thought I would make more ..

- White C6/A2, 250gsm, card and matching sized envelope
- Two pieces of white card cut to fit and one piece of navy card to mat
- Snippets of card in white, navy and turquoise dotty DCWV card (from the rockstar stack)
- Art Impressions (SCO738, by Hampton Arts) image stamped using Memento tuxedo black ink
- Sentiment from the same set stamped using Versafine onyx black ink and the snowflake using Versafine majestic blue ink
- Derwent coloursoft pencils used to colour, blended using gamsol and a paper stump
- Stardust stickles to accentuate and a Tsukineko gelly roll white gel pen to highlight the dots on the DCWV card layer

- Two pieces of white card cut to fit and one piece of maroon (Recollections) card cut to mat
- Paper Artsy (ETS04) image stamped using Ranger Archival vermilion ink
- Stardust stickles to bling up the image ... Wink of Stella clear glitter brush pen used to bling up the image on the inside of the card
- Hero Arts sentiment stamped using Memento tuxedo black ink

WOW . . . You've been busy! Polar opposites they may be, but the 1st 2 cards both have the word "warm" in their sentiments! All 3 cards are lovely xxx
Wonderful makes Kathy and the house mouse and snowman are so cute and love your colouring and both have such pretty layers and sentiments, then the red sparkly hearts are very stylised and have that modern twist, perfect for the anniversary card. x
