This card was made specifically for the two Bugaboo/Catch The Bug challenges (Stella Says Sketch and the weekly challenge). I used Penguin Birthday Balloon for this card. I used the balloon twice. I created the sentiment. I used gel pens to color the image, added some Glossy Accents and some Nuvo Crystal Drops to the hat. I added some gems and a lace bow.
