New School Year and a Linky

The girls have begun a new school year. The December holidays are the kids' summer break. Amanda is in grade 4 with a new uniform. Samantha is now in grade 12. They get a sports shirt for their final year as a souvenir, although the parents pay for that.

Yes, it's her final year. That's neat! I enjoyed your photos of Finland. Have a great week!
I remember having to pay the senior stuff when my kids were in their last year of high school. It got pretty expensive. Thanks for hosting and I hope you have a wonderful week.

Oh my! Interestingly, high school in South Africa is from grade 8 to grade 12. The final year is called matric. Prom is called the matric farewell. Have a great week!
darling girls! Wishing them all the best!
Loved seeing Strasbourg! I lived in Germany twice over a period of 7 years as an Army brat and got to see lots of Europe that way. My dad was JAG (Army lawyer).

How fun! Amanda is about the same age as my son Isaak. He's in 4th grade. Such great pictures.
