A Blue Cheesy Valentine

Okay, this is blue and a bit cheesy because I don't have a Valentine this year.  Boo Hoo! LOL  This is Pepe L'Souris In Love by the Paper Shelter.  The challenge this week is shades of blue, so...he is blue, like me.  I added a small touch of pink, just to give it that little zing to the heart strings.  I added a die cut heart and some flowers and some gems.  I used some Glossy Accents and some Stickles to the image.
