Kite Surfing at Britannia Bay - Part 2


These are the last of my kite surfing shots that I wanted to share with you. I even managed to capture a couple of moments where the kite surfer was flying above the water, which you can see in the last 2 shots. Did you know that kite surfers can reach speeds of over 50 miles (80 km) and hour?

That is crazy fast, Tina, I had no idea. The ones with the surfer and the white house in the background are fantastic.

Thank you! Those two “houses” are a hotel and self-catering accommodations in a really fabulous location. Some of the lived in beach houses around here also get rented out during holidays and the owners take off for their own vacations while making a good chunk of money. The problem with that is having people stay who aren’t trustworthy. The best would be regulars who come back every year and who never cause trouble.
