Happy Thursday !!!

 

Yesterday's birthday was wonderfully celebrated with family of course. My boys

treated me for dinner, flowers and movie tickets. Birthday wishes from friends across

the US made me special by just dropping by on FB to wish me a Happy Birthday!

I treated myself to a nice day at the Spa which I really enjoyed. I must say you do get special treatment on your birthday.

This card was done using the colors from Color Throwdown #ctd369.

I used So Saffron, Cajun Craze, Delightful Dijon and Very Vanilla for my Neutral.

I used circle frames for my main image and circle punches for my sentiment.

It feels like I have not stamp in a while since I have not been posting in days. Although

I have been pretty busy in my stamp room just organizing...again. I am trying to

contain papers into cubicles, drawers and just throwing away what I do not need.

I got a chance to play today using  Color Throwdown Color challenge ctd365.

I love how it turned out -adding a few flowers to carry out my other color.

I am a bit tired after working last night but I really wanted to play today's colors from

Color Throwdown ctd361. I really enjoyed putting these colors together.

I used die cut for the flowers and designer series papers for the background.

Happy Thursday !!!

 

I decided to play along with The Paper Players challenge (PP262) using these colors-

LostLagoon, Tangelo Twist and So Saffron. I chose Very Vanilla for my Neutral.

I started with the Woodgrain EF background. I added the DSP on my

squares, added the stamped die cut and embellish with wood

elements. I also added the burlap and linen thread.

I enjoyed playing today's colors from Color Throwdown challenge # 359. I decided to used

Midnight Muse, Crisp Cantaloupe, Sahara Sand and Soft Sky. I used designer papers

for my background and stamped the main image in Midnight Muse.

Today is a good day for me- I got to do a little stamping and participate in Color Throwdown challenge #ctd357 and The Paper Players challenge pp259 . I love the way these colors

turned out and it worked well with the sketch. I circle punches and, circle framelits

and for my background, I used the arrow EF.
