Hello friends!!!
It’s a beautiful day for a farmhouse style bathroom reveal, don’t ya think?
Six very short weeks ago we signed on to take part in the One Room Challenge, pledging to makeover one room in our home in just, you guessed it, six weeks.
Now, this wasn’t our first rodeo my friends – we’ve actually been down this road a couple of times already creating this rustic, cabin themed bedroom for our not-so-little guy the first time around. And then this lovely farmhouse master bedroom space last Fall.
So, we knew exactly what we were getting ourselves into when we signed on this time around. We knew it would mean six long weeks of nothing but chaos, to-do lists and never ending work. We knew it would be six long weeks of quick dinners, late bedtimes and absolute exhaustion.
We knew.
And still, not only did we decide to jump on board a third time, but we had the brilliant idea to take on our main bathroom (can you hear the sarcasm coming through?).
I swear, I spent each and every day of this challenge wondering what the heck we were thinking.
This was a room that needed a total gut job…
Walls, floors – everything needed to be ripped out, right down to the studs. Electrical, plumbing, sub floors, framing, water-proofing – we certainly had our work cut out for us.
The first couple of weeks, I shared the embarrassing before pictures and what I hoped to do with the space, but I had little to share in terms of progress. Even though Brady was working on things with every spare minute he had (you know, outside of working all day long at his real job), it was all under the floor or behind the walls.
Then, three weeks in, it was finally time to start laying all. the. tile. A job we’d never really done before and, I’ll tell ya, it was definitely slow going.
Week four was, you guessed it, more tiling. I was beginning to think we were never going to see the end of it. Thank goodness for our brothers who both donated a whole day to help us get back on track with things.
By week five, we’d managed to get the walls planked and painted, but still had SO far to go. Grouting all. the. tile. Building our vanity. And of course, installing pretty much every single thing.
Honestly, it felt like we’d never be able to pull this thing off more days than it didn’t.
It was incredibly discouraging to work so hard at something and feel like it still wasn’t enough.
But then, somehow, it all just came together.
Okay, definitely not somehow – my amazing husband was right (just this once!) – all that hard work at the beginning that nobody would ever see really did make for such quick and easy installs that the entire room was transformed back into a bathroom within just a few days.
Seriously, it felt like a miracle seeing it all come together as seamlessly as it did. And, with a few days to spare! I couldn’t believe it!
The best part? I couldn’t be happier with how it turned out! (Thank goodness!)
This One Room Challenge may have only been six weeks long, but my friends, I’ve been waiting ages for this gorgeous farmhouse style bathroom …
There wasn’t an inch of this space that wasn’t changed (did you see the before photos?!).
Ever since planking our ceilings in the hallway and master bedroom, I’ve been dying to try a few walls around the house too. This bathroom was my chance to really add some farmhouse charm with that shiplap look I love so much. I think it looks incredible all painted up in Alabaster from Sherwin-Williams!
I absolutely love the creamy marble tile on our floors almost as much as the hex floor tile in the shower…
And that gorgeous arabesque wall tile still has me swooning!
Now, you might have noticed the glass missing around that shower – well, long story short, six weeks just wasn’t enough time to get that bit in place, but I promise to share an update when we do get it installed.
It’s hard to pick a favourite part, but the gorgeous fixtures from Delta Canada are definitely up there! From the gooseneck style shower head, to that ahhhhhmazing tub filler and of course, the pretty sink faucets, they really do play such a huge part in bringing in that vintage farmhouse look I was going for. Plus, the quality is incredible!
And of course, this tub.
Seriously, it’s everything I dreamed it would be. And then some.
I cannot wait to soak in my first bubble bath (which I plan to do just as soon as I’m done writing up this post)!
And I can’t help but point out that vanity…
We actually made it ourselves from an old buffet table that I’ve always kind of hated. I cannot believe how amazing it looks after a quick coat of paint and some lovely glass knobs.
Tell me those beautiful sinks from American Standard Canada don’t look like they were made to sit on top of it all!
I painted up two simple mirrors to match the vanity.
And then mounted these gorgeous barn lights from Barn Light Electric around them.
I’m head-over-heels in love with that galvanized metal finish (ps. they match our hallway lights perfectly)!
And of course, what bathroom would be complete without a toilet? I love that this one from The Home Depot Canada has a concealed trapway and a seat that completely lifts off for easy cleaning (seriously, who knew they could do that?).
These shelves that Brady built are absolutely incredible! He used some leftover pieces from the vanity to make them and they couldn’t possibly have turned out more perfectly!
A few matching accessories like this towel ring, tissue holder and some robe (or towel) hooks and the space is not only pretty, but perfectly functional for our family.
I was SO excited to have the chance to hang this rusty gate I made…
And this antique printer’s tray from my new fave shop, Vintage Farmhouse Finds brings another beautiful touch of wood to the space.
Honestly, I never would have thought it was possible to love a bathroom THIS much.
Turns out it was totally worth all those late nights … thank goodness!
I cannot believe how far we’ve come in just six short weeks…

Kristi this is such a beautiful bathroom! The vanity is stunning and those planked walls are exactly what I want in my bathroom! Love the tile and the wood floors too! The before and after comparisons just go to show how much you’ve transformed this space! Bravo on another beautiful ORC my friend! XOXO, Sarah
Thank you so, so much sweet friend! I couldn’t be happier with how it all came together! What a crazy ride, but as always, so worth it! Congrats on making it through (again) too Sarah! You’re living room is absolutely stunning!!!
This is a stunning Reno! Wish I’d kept my old buffet too! Just wondering – it looks like the white tile is a different shade than the walls. Was this intentional or did you feel it didn’t matter to match paint to tile? Also wondering how easy it will be to keep the paneling clean. Did you use flat or enamel? Thanks!
Thank you so, so much!!! We couldn’t be happier with how it all turned out! The paint is definitely a warmer white than the tile, but with the tub and sinks being that stark white, I thought it would be a good way to warm up the space a bit. We painted the panelling in a satin finish to ensure it’s easy to clean. Hope this helps!
This is seriously gorgeous my friend!! Oh my word – I don’t even have words! I love every single feature. Just stunning!
Awwwww, well thank you Lindi! We did it girl! And now we can all relax and enjoy!!! xo
Wow Kristi GORGEOUS! I can’t even believe the before. I have to say, I think this is my favorite room you have ever done and that’s hard to say, because I love everything you create. Really beautiful, pinning for the day I get to my master bath! Enjoy friend!
You are just the sweetest Deb! I’m so happy you love it! Thank you so, so much!!!
It’s stunning, Kristi! I adore it. It was definitely worth all of those late nights! The DIY vanity is so beautiful – great job! I also love your tile choices, that barn lighting, and the polished chrome faucets. Lovely! And the tub is divine. Have a relaxing bath! 🙂
Thank you, thank you, thank you Christina!!! It sure feels great to be on the other side of this one! SUCH a whirlwind, but so totally worth it!

Awwwww, well thank you Amanda! I’m so happy you loved it as much as I do!!! xo
Kristi!! It’s absolutely beautiful! Every inch of that bathroom was planned for and the finished product is just stunning. I love all of the detai! The lights, faucets, and that TUB!!! It’s all just so pretty, after all that hard work I hope that first soak was incredible!!
Thank you so, so much Jill!!! It’s funny, I’m not sure who’s more excited about it – me or Carson! He insisted on having the first bath in that tub. Ha! Thanks again girl! xo

Thank you Tiffany!!! I’ll be sure to put it to good use! 😉
AHH Kristi this is so so gorgeous!! I can’t even believe the before and after pictures, and that you did all of that in 6 weeks!! Love love love the plank walls. All of the sweet little details with the wooden shelves and galvanized lights are the perfect touch! I hope that first bath was divine 🙂
Thank you so, so much for your kind words Sarah! I still can’t believe that transformation myself – there’s nothing about it that feels like the old space. I absolutely LOVE it!
Absolutely love this makeover! Your tile selection is perfection 😉
Thank you SO, SO much Sabrina! I really love the mix of tiles too!
Kristi, it is simply breathtaking! That vanity is gorgeous and those lights!! I can’t begin to name everything I love, cause it’s all soo beautiful! All your hard work paid off in such a huge way! xo

I am absolutely speechless Kristi!! This may be the most impressive ORC project I’ve seen! I am so, so proud of you and can’t wait to see what you do in the rest of your new home 🙂
Awwwww, Emily – you’re the absolute best my friend! Thank you SO, SO much! xo
Your whole space is gorgeous! But I have to admit, your tile choices are just stunning. Love, love, love that wood-grain hex tile AND the arabesque tile. And both together? I’m swooning!
Ahhhhh, thank you Leslie! I’m head over heels in love with it all too! The tiles are the most gorgeous creamy-gray marble and bring so much warmth to the space!
Oh my gosh Kristi!!! Every little detail is soooo beautiful! The before and after is amazing! You did such a great job! 🙂

Thank you so, so much! It was such a big job, I still can’t believe we pulled it off either Gretchen!
I just came across your blog from the ORC, this room is beautiful! I LOVE your style!
Thank you so, so much Ashley!!! It’s incredible the way the ORC brings people together!
Congrats! Farmhouse generally isnt my style but I find this very lovely and a more “modern” take.
Love the tub and sink/vanity!
Thank you Justynn! Perhaps I should start calling it “modern farmhouse” – I like that! 😉
Lovely!!! love the open shower and the bathtub. What a great transformation considering you had a plain-old bathroom before.
Thanks so much Betty! It’ll be much more functional when we get the glass walls installed around that shower, but the entire space is so much brighter!
Amazing. Beautiful. Incredible. Such impeccable design. I could go on and on but I would never express how much I love this space. Damn, wish it was mine!!
Awwwww, you are just so sweet! Thank you so, so much Linda!!!

Thank you SO, SO much Krystle! I’m so happy you loved it!!!
Just stunning! Those faucets are beautiful, and that vanity is a real show-stopper. You out-did yourself!
Thank you Sarah! I really love that vanity too and the faucets were such a perfect match for the vintage style I was going for!
Love it all! So clean and fresh.
Would love a tutorial on the build in shelves. Loving to do the same thing!
Thank you Heather! Will definitely share a tutorial soon – just as soon as we recover from this crazy whirlwind. 😉
Six weeks – that’s amazing to me. We’re going on six months of a bathroom redo and I’m about ready to forget about it till Fall. I love your redo, and I pinned it. One time when I needed some tile grouted that sat for almost a year, I announced to my husband that I got a price on getting it done. The next day he stayed home and grouted the tile. So tonight at dinner I’m gonna tell him your husband is coming to finish our bathroom.
Hahahaha! I like the way you think girl! Thank you so, so much!
Looks SO great! Must feel so great to be done– congrats!!! 🙂
Thank you SO much Brenlee! You have no idea how great it feels to be on the other side of this one!!!
As always, just stunning – I love it!
Awwww, thank you so, so much Barbara!!!
What an incredible transformation Kristi! Your bathroom looks so peaceful and spa-like now, with the right amount of farmhouse style.
Thank you Jamie! Exactly what I was going for … I can’t believe we did it!
WHAT? How have we not connected before. This is amazing! I was scrolling through thinking, “Joanna Gaines would LOVE THIS.” Yep. Pinned. Stalked you on insta. And now I’m thinking about which bathroom I want to tackle for Fall 2016’s ORC with this inspiration you gave me today. Cheers, bravo, and thank you!!!
Awwwwwww, well thank you Elise!!! I’m so happy you loved it!!!
No doubt, your farmhouse bathroom is one of my faves so far this ORC series! just simply beautiful!!!!!! Fabulous job! Congrats and cheers to us for another room done!
Awwww, thank you SO much Vel! Feels great to be done, doesn’t it?!
Your bathroom looks gorgeous!! I can’t believe all the work you did in six weeks! Love the shiplap and the buffet piece that you used for the sinks!
Thank you sooooo much Lisa! I still can’t believe we pulled it all off in time, and accomplished everything we’d set out to do. I’m so in love!
You my friend are one incredibly talented woman! Your taste is exquisite! I am in love with every single thing in here. Nothing I don’t love. I really hope this bathroom gets featured in some huge magazines and websites because it is worthy of it all. Congrats on yet another amazing room renovation! xx
Awwwww, you are just the sweetest friend! Thank you so, so much Maria! I absolutely love it too!!!
This is so, so gorgeous Kristi! I will always be a huge fan of the tile, especially the shower tile, but that vanity!?!? Amazing! Congrats on your beautiful new space! I hope you’re able to enjoy a soak in that tub asap!
Thank you soon much Emily! That tile gets me every time too – so pretty! And I couldn’t be happier with how that vanity turned out! SO happy to have this beautiful bathroom space all finished up!
Oh my gosh! First of all…I cannot believe you did ALL this in 6 weeks. Like, seriously I’m amazed. We finished our master bathroom in about 6 months. LOL!
It’s beautiful though. I love everything about it. 🙂
Thank you Shelby! It was the busiest six weeks of our lives, but totally worth it for this pretty space!
Beautifully Done Kristi!!! Love it all 🙂 Enjoy the fruits of your labor, and that bubble bath! We went 2 years without a tub, and I just love soaking in our tub now.
Than you soooooo much Ashlea! It was definitely worth the wait!
TOTAL PERFECTION!!!! You completely outdid yourself, Kristi. I love every square inch of this space! I hope you’re celebrating with a bubble bath and a glass of champagne in that amazing tub. You deserve it, girl!
Thank you so, so, so much Lauren! I couldn’t be more thrilled with this space and, even more, that it’s finally done! 😉 I still can’t believe we were able to create something so beautiful all on our own. Thanks again girl!!! xo
Holy smokes, girl! STUNNNNNNNING! I bet you never ever want to leave that bathroom. Job well done.
Thanks Amy! And if I could spend the rest of my life in that tub, I think I’d be a happy girl! 😉
Your bathroom looks great and I love the tile!!!
Thank you so, so much Jessica!!!
Such an insane transformation Kristi!! I absolutely am drooling over how beautiful it is. And in six weeks!! Wow, girl! You guys better be celebrating tonight!
Awwww, thank you Krista! It was an absolute whirlwind, but as always, totally worth all those late nights! I’m sure we’ll be enjoying it for years to come now.
Amazing! I. Love. This. Room. Your style… I love. Those lights are spot on! I am thinking of doing my bathroom for the next One Room Challenge, I know, can you believe I am already thinking about that? Pinning this all!
Thank you so, so much Sara!!! I couldn’t be happier with how it all turned out! In the midst of the chaos, I’m always asking myself why I would choose to do such a thing, but then when all is said and done, it’s always SO worth it! It’s funny you mention the next ORC – as I was laying in bed, exhausted from it all the other day, hubs mentioned taking on the kitchen for the next round and I about fell off the bed … not ready for that yet! 😉
The old buffet turned vanity is AMAZING! You did a beautiful job in this space! Enjoy 🙂
Thank you so, so much Karen! That’s one of my favourite parts too!
Very beautiful bathroom! What an accomplishment, 6 weeks!!! Our bathroom is going on 1 1/2 years!
I especially love your rusted gate!
Thanks so much Dianne! 6 weeks was definitely an ambitious timeline for this space, I still can’t believe we pulled it off! No matter how long it takes though, it’s so worth it!!!
Um, can I just plop your bathroom into my house-I love every single detail. That buffet turned vanity is to die for….SO GORGEOUS! You should be so proud and I hope you are enjoying your new bathroom!
Awwwww, well thank you Kristin! I couldn’t be happier with how it all came together!
This is so, so beautiful! Well done! I’m totally drooling over all the tile. 🙂
Thank you so, so much Anni! I’m absolutely loving all that tile too!
Eeeek this looks amazing! One of the most impressive things about the one room challenge is how much you are able to accomplish in just 6 weeks. This project would have taken me months!
I was just scrolling through all your photos trying to pick my favorite part of this room, and I just can’t decide! I LOVE the vanity and the faucet on your tub. And the barn lights above the sinks! And the tiling! Ahh I just love it all!
Thank you so, so much Jenna! I’m always amazed at what everyone can accomplish in such a short time frame too!!! This most definitely would have taken us months to complete too if it weren’t for the ORC! And I couldn’t be happier with how it all came together too! Thanks again girl!!!
You guys are good – wowsers what a transformation! For a couple who have never tiled before it looks pretty darn professional. There are too many things I love about this space to mention – your eye for detail is impeccable. I love how you used that gorgeous iron gate in the space. You deserve that bubble bath in that amazing soaker tub. Enjoy your stunning new bathroom, Kristi!
P.S. Looking forward to the next one…cause I know there is going to be a next *wink*.
Ahhhhhh, thank you so, so much Marie! I’m really so happy with how everything turned out and still can’t believe we pulled it all off in time! And, you’re right, hubs is already planning out the next one!
Absolutely amazing job, Kristi! This was a huge project for just 6 weeks! I’m so impressed at what you were able to accomplish!
Thank you so, so much Dara!!! I still can’t believe everything we were able to accomplish and I couldn’t be happier with how it all came together!!!
I am in awe – the space is stunning, and you pulled it off in 6 weeks – incredible!! That vanity you made is perfect!! If we had room for a double sink vanity in our bathroom, that is exactly the look I would want. FABULOUS job!
Awwwww, well thank you Jenny! I’m so happy you love it! I still can’t believe we pulled this off in time!
Where do I even start?! I love every inch of this bathroom. The tile, the faucets, the tub.. and don’t even get me started on that vanity! You did an amazing job, my friend!
Thank you so, so much Amy!!! I’m really so happy with how it all came together in the end! I’m sure we’ll be enjoying this one for years to come!
This is just so so gorgeous! That vanity is amazing! I can’t get over how amazing it looks! And the shiplap walls are just beautiful. Not to mention the styling and little details you added make this room look perfect. What a stunning makeover!
Awwwww, well thank you Celeste! I’m so excited about that vanity too and thankfully, making it wasn’t nearly as difficult as I’d imagined it would be! Thanks again!!!
NICE job, very well done. Gorgeous tile and fantastic tub. My only concern is lack of clearance between vanity and toilet. My 1/2 bath is tight that way too, and it is inconvenient to scrub/mop around toilet with limited space. But it is manageable. (I am 55+ years old, so maybe that contributes…) I am a new subscriber and enjoy your postings very much–you have a charming and welcoming design style!
Thank you so, so much Virginia! We’re so happy with how it all came together! It’s funny you mention the toilet spacing as that was actually a concern for us too – as soon as we got that toilet in, we had to double check that it would work comfortably and, thankfully, it turned out not to be a problem. And, with the open bottom on our vanity, it’ll still be super easy to clean around! I know just what you mean about the limited space, as our master bathroom suffers from that problem too. Thank you so, so much for your sweet comment Virginia and for following along! Wishing you a lovely Sunday!
I’m so envious. This is a beautiful bath. I am wishing I could soak in that tub sometime soon. That tub filler faucet is killer….I have always had my eye on those. And I love the the shower floor tile. You did a beautiful job!
Thank you so, so much Vanessa! I’m so happy you love it! I know just what you mean about those tub fillers, I’ve been wishing for one for ages now too! I’ll tell you, it’s even better than I’d imagined! Thanks again!!!
Perfectly awesome! What a show stopper! I am still having serious tile envy for that floor and the shower is beautiful. The gate over the tub and the buffet for the sinks are the perfect farm touches. Those lights are amazing. Hope you both are headed to some warm climate for some much deserved R & R. Stunning job.
Awwwwww, thank you Peggy! Your sweet comments always make me smile! So, so happy you loved it all. Definitely looking forward to a bit of sun and sand now. 😉
Absolutely gorgeous! Every part of this is so pretty and perfectly fits the farmhouse look you were going for. Love the buffet you made into the sink vanity!
Thank you so, so much Stacey! I absolutely love how that vanity turned out too! I think it’s a space with a ton of charm and personality and I know we’ll be enjoying it for years to come!
What an amazing transformation! I’m so impressed y’all did all that work in 6 weeks! And I felt the same way this round; what we were thinking to take all this on?!? ? Great job!
Ahhhh, thank you Holly! Honestly, I can’t believe it either. I’m SO happy with how it all came together in the end, but man, that was a loooooooong six weeks (that somehow seemed to fly by in a flash)!
You certainly transformed that bathroom. Everything is so good but I think my favorites are the way the color of the vanity (great way to upcycle) complements the marble floor tile, the iron fencing as art, and the side shelves by the sinks. Well done; you deserve that bath!
Awwwwww, well thank you Brenda! Those are some of my very favourite parts too!
It’s gorgeous Kristi! I have bathroom envy right now! Enjoy all of y’all’s hard work!
Thank you so, so much Iris!!! I’m sure we’ll be enjoying it for years to come!
Oh wow, Kristi!!! This is truly beautiful!! What a gorgeous remodel! Go you 🙂
Thank you sooooo much LZ! I absolutely love how it all came together!
This is so beautiful, Kristi! What an amazing transformation–I’m so impressed by those who tackle bathrooms and kitchens for the ORC. I’m sure you’re just thrilled to get to use this bathroom everyday–it’s gorgeous!
Thank you so, so much Sharon! I can’t tell you how happy we are to have this done and of course, we’re even happier with the results!
Wow! It turned out gorgeous. Great job! This was my first time doing the ORC and I’m having so much fun checking out everyone’s rooms! So fun.
Thanks so much Erin! It’s SUCH a whirlwind, isn’t it?! Bet you’ve caught that ORC bug! 😉
What an absolutely spectacular renovation! I love how you mixed the modern lines with the vintage elements to create something so exquisite! Congratulations on something amazing!
Thank you so, so much Tricia! I really am so happy with how it all came together!!!
Fantastic! Every inch was transformed. Well done.
Awwww, well thank you Linda!
Your bathroom looks great! I love the tile in the shower it is beautiful. I have the same cup that you used on your shelf and was thinking about using them for vases for a bridal shower next month! lol Looks like they will look awesome as a vase too! I absolutely love those cups!
-Jaclyn
Ahhhhh, thank you Jaclyn! We really love how it all turned out! And I agree, those cups are so pretty and make for wonderful vases!
Hi Kristi! I just wanted to let you know that out of 227 rooms during the last ORC, your room was one of the most inspirational for me! Thank you and hope you can check the post out and see why I thought it was so! Have a great day!
Oh wow, well thank you Vel!!!
Kristi, you two have outdone yourselves! Truly, fantastic job. Not only are all of the “bones” amazing, but you did a beautiful job accessorizing. Our master bath is in dire need of a makeover, I just can’t muster up the energy to think about it! Want to do another one? 😉
Awwwww, thank you Jennifer!!! I really am so, so happy with how it turned out! And honestly, if I never have to do another, it’ll be too soon! 😉
Kristi after that masterpiece of a bathroom you deserve a great big soak with bubbles in that bathtub. This turned out so much better than I could ever have expected. Kudos to you for having such an amazing vision. You are truly talented in design and your husband is talented in putting your vision together.
Awwwww, you are so sweet! Thank you Mary! I really couldn’t be happier with how it all came together! And I’m thrilled to have that busy six weeks behind us!!! 😉
Hi there – I really enjoy reading your blog – it’s so nice to find Canadian home decor bloggers.
I absolutely love your bathroom, it’s just beautiful!
A question though – some of your links to products are from US sources that don’t ship to Canada. How do you get these products – for instance, your new fav shop, Vintage Farmhouse Finds doesn’t ship to Canada? Is it just because of the ORC and its sponsors?
The US sources that ship to Canada – how do you find the costs of duty, brokerage fees + the exchange rate – do you have any tips for online cross-border shopping?
I find my home decor shopping choices beyond HomeSense and the pricier stores like West Elm to be pretty limited and would love to hear more about how you shop to style your home.
Hi Sara! I’m so happy to hear that you enjoy following along! It’s true that not all of the products I use are available in Canada – most of my readers live in the US, which gives me the opportunity to work with American companies who’d like to get the word out about their products (even if those products aren’t always available in Canada). For the ones that are, I haven’t found duty to be a problem for most – many are made in North America, which means no duty. Other shops such as Wayfair or Canadian Lighting Experts (1STOPLighting) have opened up CA sites, which takes out any of that guess work. I agree that shopping some of the pricier options like West Elm or Pottery Barn can be quite expensive (especially online), so I try to find as much as I can here in Canada – some of my favourite places for fun finds are IKEA, Wayfair, H & M home, Michaels, Chapters, Urban Barn, Canadian Tire & of course lots of little local shops wherever we go. Hope this helps!!!
Kristi it tuned out amazing! I love every detail!
Thank you SO, SO much Pamela!!! I couldn’t be happier with it!
Your bathroom is so gorgeous! I love it!
Thank you so, so much Angela!!!
I adore everything about this – all your hard work was totally worth it. Thank you for sharing with #HomeMattersParty this week.
Awwww, well thank you Julie!
Wow, it’s beautiful! My husband and I are in the middle of renovating our master bathroom.. that we gutted over 2 years ago while I was pregnant. Shocking that with a newborn we didn’t work on it at all, hahaha! It still feels like such a slog, but we are getting there. And it’s so motivating seeing beautiful renos like yours!
Oh Jen, I bet you’ll be so glad to have that behind you! Good luck girl!!!
Wow, just wow Kristi! Every little bit is beautiful from top to bottom! But I wouldn’t have expected anything different, I love your style and everything you do! This is an amazingly beautiful bathroom! Congrats!
Awwwww, well thank you so much for the sweet words Katrin! It was a ton of work, but we are so, so happy with how it all came together in the end!
That turned out fantastic! Your ready for a spa night in that gorgeous setting! Thanks for sharing at Home Sweet Home! I will feature it this week!
Ahhhhh, THANK YOU so much Sherry!!!
Absolutely love your new bathroom. Did you make the bathroom rules sign?
Thank you SO much Vicky! I actually found that sign at one of my favourite shops, William Rae Designs – you can find all of my fave wood sign shops here: https://www.makingitinthemountains.com/the-5-best-places-to-find-handmade-farmhouse-signs/. Hope this helps!
LOVE your bathroom! I am wondering what the dimensions of the room are since it looks like the exact same layout I’d like to reconfigure our bathroom into but hubby doesn’t think we have room for everything. Love the vanity as well, were hoping to do this in our bathroom too, thanks for the inspiration!!
Thank you Kel, I’m so happy you love it! We used painter’s tape to map out where everything would sit to make sure that there would be enough space for everything – maybe that would help you too? Thanks again!
Beautiful! Where did you get the shiplap from?
Thank you Ellen! Do you mean the shiplap on the ceiling? You can find that tutorial here: https://www.makingitinthemountains.com/the-easiest-and-cheapest-way-to-transform-a-popcorn-ceiling-a-farmhouse-style-planked-ceiling-tutorial/.
