Today’s the day for the ORC guest room makeover final reveal!
I’m so excited to share with you our completed guest room!! If you’re new here, welcome to Love Your Abode! This was my first time participating in the ORC as a guest participant which lasts 6 weeks. Linda at Calling it Home hosts this challenge twice a year and it’s so fun watching all the featured designers and guest participants transform their spaces. I chose our guest room because it was a space I had been wanting to clean up for some time now. I really wanted to create an inviting, warm space for everyone who stays with us. I hope I achieved that. Are you guys ready for the ORC guest room makeover final reveal? Let’s do this!

Honestly, I can’t believe it’s the same room! It’s really surreal watching a room come together after having a certain vision for it. After painting the walls Pure White by Sherwin Williams and the furniture with Velvet Finishes, it really changed the look and feel of the entire room. I’m so glad we moved the bed in front of the window too. Plus, the gorgeous chandelier from Lighting Design is a complete show stopper for this room. I’ll share a post with all of the detailed sources for the room soon but for today, let’s enjoy the pictures shall we? A big thanks goes out to my amazing photographer friend, Craig Obrist for taking these awesome photos. Now, I’ll just let the photos speak for themselves.

I can not get over the gorgeousness of that chandelier!
I love the simple, modern, acrylic frame from Highland Hardware. The brass bolts perfectly tie the frame into the room. I added botanical prints which I will share in a later post. The lovely upholstered chair from Lamps Plus along with the art and console table create a little sitting area for our guests.

Yuni, I don’t know what I love most! For sure that chandelier is the bee’s knees…but I also love the painted furniture, the framed prints and the mirrors on either side of the bed. Pinning this for my future reference.
