This probably bothers no one by myself, but I could not get blogger to follow my instructions to center the images and text in this post, so I gave up (for now!). It's frustrating me terribly so I will likely keep fiddling with it until I figure it out! In the meantime, pardon me if it looks odd!




I finished reading . . .

No Way Up (The Cimarron Legacy Book 1) by Mary Connealy - excitement and romance, and a bit of humor in the New Mexico Territory. (Read my full review HERE)



Lady of Ashes by Christine Trent - Fascinating mystery with a woman undertaker in Victorian London as the title character. (Read my full review HERE)



I'm currently reading . . .

Shades of Milk and Honey by Mary Robinette Kowal - This is like a Jane Austen novel in which magic is real. I think I'll like it - I'm still deciding.



The Pharaoh's Daughter: A Treasures of the Nile Novel by Mesu Andrews - I'm enjoying the start to this, but it's also giving me a case of deja vu, and I haven't quite figured out why!



Out of Control (The Kincaid Brides Book 1) by Mary Connealy - after realizing that Heath Kincaid (in No Way Up) is the younger half brother of the men in this series, I figured it would be worth reading about The Kincaid Brides. Off to an exciting start, of course!

    I have that same centering issue on one of my blogs but not the other. I've given up trying to fix it. I loved Shades of Milk and Honey and devoured the rest of the series too. Come see my week here. Happy reading!

    A busy reader, Kym! I am posting a child's book, but have just finished Uncle Tom's Cabin and will be reviewing it soon. But one big book a month seems about my speed along with bunches of picture books!! : )
