And luckily, the AHSC card sketch sure was an easy one to work with.
For the sake of sharing, I will post both cards here, though.
Here is the second card I made with this wonderful sketch. (This is the one WITHOUT an ink splotch! )

The plan for this card is that it will be added to those that I am donating to the Autism Centre in our little town. It serves the entire Annapolis Valley and our community members have been so wonderful that lately, LOTS of TY cards have been needed!

I really love those wood veneers. These are shaped like chevrons! LOL! (I coloured mine with "Smooch" ink in a lovely glossy pink colour called "Taffy".) The packs of the wood veneer shapes are now discontinued, but I LOVE them. All the shapes are wonderful and I have used and used them!
Thanks to everyone for stopping by today to see my creations.
Why not try this sketch on for size and create something wonderful? We'd sure LOVE to see what you make!
Hop on over to the AHSC Blog and check out the guidelines for entering the challenge! (No worries- they're simple.) It's a neat place and the DT will pop by your blog to see and comment on your work. Come have fun with us!!
See you there!
~
