Flutter

I saw this sweet Hero Arts Hummingbirds Stamp set and fell in love. I stamped the images with Versafine Onyx Black Ink and immediately put some clear embossing powder over them so I could heat emboss the images. I then used Ranger Distress Crayons to water color the images. I gave the whole background a pale blue water color wash using Broken China Distress Crayon. I just had to add some Wink of Stella to the flowers and the hummer-check out the close up photo of the hummer!
The awesome Congrats word art die is from STAMPlorations. I cut it using some mat metallic paper. I added some sequins for interest.

    This is so pretty. I always struggle with using the crayons. Love what you created with them. So happy you shared your creation with us at the CAS-ual Fridays Challenge.

    Very, very fun card! I like the combination of styles -the sentiment is "young and fun" and then the image is more traditional. Greta look, well done! Beautiful coloring and sparkle too. Thanks for joining us at TIME OUT!
