Konnichiha! (Hello in Japanese) I won this cute "Kimono Bear" from Meljens Designs and just could not wait to print and color her with Copics. She is printed on Copics X-Press Blending Paper which is the first time I have tried this paper. Very pleased with the results. I cut the image as an oval and matted with a Black CS Scallop Oval and placed on a mat of Pattern Paper that I have been hoarding in my stash but cannot identify the origin. I thought it had an Oriental feel especially with the flower design on the lower right corner. Finished the card with a Black Card Base, a black Pearl on the center of the flower, and some Red Rhinestones on the tips of the hair sticks.
Challenges:
Meljens Design Challenge: Color challenge- use BLACK-as much or as little as you like.
