Welcome to this month’s Scrapbooking Global Blog Hop where I am joining various Stampin’ Up! demonstrators from around the world.

The theme this month is a Sketch Challenge. Which is where you have a sketch and you can use any Stampin’ Up! products to make a scrapbook layout.

This month’s sketch

I wanted to make a layout where you did not have to spend lots of money on stamp sets or cutting dies. So I went for the Come Sail Away designer series paper and Memories and More card pack.

I started off by cutting two sheets of DSP to and stuck these to a 12″x 12″ Night of Navy card stock.

Next I used the stickers from the Memories and More card pack to make lines between each piece of DSP.

Then I cut another piece of DSP the same size of the photo I wanted to use. This I then stuck onto the layout.

Once I had stuck the photo down I could then add the embellishments.

I did this by using the Memories and More stickers and one of the die cut cards to add in the extra details.

To finish off the layout I used a cotton bud to add Night of Navy ink small dots.

I hope that you have enjoyed looking at my version of the sketch challenge. I certainly enjoyed doing it.
